A rich and tasty treat made with soynut butter – which tastes just like creamy peanut butter!
Oven at 325 F
2/3 cup flour
1/3 cup soy flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup creamy soynut butter
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips, melted and cooled
1 Tbs vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Butter the bottom of an 8 x 8 pan.
Combine flour, soy flour, baking soda and salt – mix well and set aside.
Combine white and brown sugars, soynut butter, cooled milk chocolate, vegetable oil, vanilla and eggs. Mix well.
Add flour mixture to wet mixture and mix just until blended. Add chocolate chips and stir just enough to blend in chips.
Spread brownie batter in pan – it will be very, very thick.
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Cool, cut into squares and enjoy!
